We don't cover plumbing, electrical or gas work yet, and we can't help with emergencies. For anything urgent or dangerous, ring a licensed tradie straight away.

We do the looking
We take your request, work out who it needs, and go looking for an independent local business that suits the job and covers your area. If we can't find one, we'll tell you straight.
The local business does the work
You have a chat with the business, get their quote and decide whether to go ahead. They do the work and invoice you directly. Your agreement for the work is with them.
Clearly Local may receive a referral or marketing fee from the businesses we introduce. Homeowners don't pay us a cent.
Good to know
Does it cost me anything?
Nope. It's free for homeowners. Any charges for the work, including call-out fees, are sorted directly between you and the business. Ask them to confirm costs before you book.
How many businesses will contact me?
We make one introduction at a time. If it doesn't work out, we'll check with you before sharing your contact details with another business.
How fast will I hear back?
We'll get back to you to confirm whether we can help and what happens next. How quickly depends on the job and your suburb. We're not an emergency service.
Do I have to accept the quote?
No. There's no obligation. If the quote or the business doesn't suit, just say no and let us know, and we'll try someone else.
Do you check the businesses you introduce?
Our checklist for bringing a business on board covers who they are, their public liability insurance, any licence the work needs, and the jobs and suburbs they cover. Before you book, ask them to confirm their licence and insurance and exactly what the quote covers. An introduction from us isn't a guarantee of their workmanship.
What if something goes wrong with the job?
Your agreement is with the business, so raise it with them first. Let us know as well. Your feedback helps us decide who we keep introducing.
Which areas do you cover?
We're starting in Perth metro, with coverage depending on our growing partner network. Tell us your suburb and we'll confirm whether we have someone suitable.
